Philip
M. Heidt has been a multi-million-dollar agent continuously
since 1984. He has been a Top-producing Commercial
Agent in Georgia for three consecutive years.
Some of his community
involvement includes the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce
where he is a Past President, a charter member of the Rotary
Club of Effingham County, a life member of the Savannah Board of
Realtors where he served as its President and the Savannah
Multi-List Corporation where he is also a Past President.
He is presently on the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank Of
Effingham.
Philip is the father of three
sons and has been married to wife Linda for almost 40 years.
He is also the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren. A
native resident of Effingham County, he and his family live near
Springfield, GA where they operate their five-generation family
farm. He is an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church.
His hobbies include sports, particularly baseball.
Philip has a vast knowledge of
the area and is experienced as a developer of residential,
commercial and industrial properties. He welcomes the
